Notyfikacje Web Push – small messages regarding marketing information, including current promotions available in U Jędrusia, sent by the Portal to the User’s internet browser after obtaining the User’s consent for this type of communication.
Pliki Cookies – small text files placed on the hard disk of a computer or other electronic device – permanently or temporarily – during visits to the website, notifying the server that in the past the request for a given website address has already been sent from the same device.

Urządzenie – a device by means of which the User uses the Portal, in particular a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet.
Użytkownik – a natural person who uses the Portal or Fanpage.
1. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
- U Jędrusia runs the Portal as part of which it processes Users’ personal data and uses Cookies. U Jędrusia also runs Fanpage. U Jędrusia uses the GDPR and Polish regulations governing the protection of personal data when performing the above-mentioned activities.

- U Jędrusia makes every effort to ensure adequate privacy and protection of personal data provided by Users while using the Portal and Fanpage.
3. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY U JĘDRUSIA

c) given by activity on Fanpege (like, comment on content provided by U Jędrusia, issuing reviews) – for the management of Fanpage.

- The legal basis for the processing of your data is:
– on the Portal:
a) in the case of filling out the contact form and subscribing to the newsletter – consent for their processing, which you have expressed,
b) if during the service of the inquiry it turns out that the inquiry may relate to a possible court case – the necessity of processing for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests of the Company,
– on the Fanpege:
a) the necessity of processing for the purposes resulting from legally justified interests of U Jędrusia involving the management of a party serving the purpose of brand promotion.

- Your data will be stored by us for the following period:
– on the Portal:
1) provided when filling out the contact form:
a) if your inquiry concerns a contract you have concluded with U JĘDRUSIA, products manufactured by us or other situations that may involve a possible legal process, your data will be stored for 10 years after we receive your inquiry,
b) in other cases – until the completion of your inquiry service,
2) provided during the subscription to the newsletter – until the consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn.
– on the Fanpage – until you or U Jędrusia remove the effects of your activity on Fanpage.
- The data will be deleted as soon as the above periods are over.

- You have the right to:
a) request for access to data – you have the right to ask us to provide you with any information about your data,
b) request correction of data – if your data is no longer valid or untrue, we will rectify it after your request,
c) request for deletion – you have the right to request removal of your data from our databases,
d) requests to limit the scope of processing – for example, you have the right to request that we delete part of your data, request to limit their use only for certain purposes, or request to limit the time that your data will be stored by us,
e) object to the processing of data we process on the grounds that it is necessary for the purposes resulting from legally justified interests pursued by the Company. In the objection, you should describe your particular situation, which justifies the cessation of data processing by us,
f) transfer of data – you have the right to request that your personal data be sent directly to another administrator,
g) withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data at any time – in this case, we will stop processing your data, but this will not affect the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
h) file a complaint to the supervisory body – if you decide that the way we process your data is incorrect, you can complain to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection / President of the Office of Personal Data Protection.

- You provide us with personal information voluntarily. If you refuse to provide them, it will not be possible to process your inquiry via the contact form, and you will not encounter any negative consequences in the remaining scope.

c) marketing agencies providing services to us,

4. COOKIES AND PROFILES
- U Jędrusia uses Cookies on the Portal. Cookies are used on the User’s Device after consent.
- U Jędrusia uses both their own Cookies (first-party cookies) and external Cookies (third-party cookies). In the case of U Jędrusia’s own Cookies, the server requesting the placement of a file on the Device is the U Jędrusia server. In the case of external Cookie files, this is a server of a website other than U Jędrusia (for example, the Portal uses Google Analytics Cookie files used to collect statistical data* about User’s activity on the Portal, and thus improve the quality of services provided to these people. In this case, after the generation of an anonymous identifier, Users’ traffic is analyzed, the number of Portal Views as well as the first and last time the Portal is viewed, the end time of the session, and the origin of Users are measured).
- In each of the above cases, Cookies used on the Portal are safe for the Device.
- Two types of Cookies may be used on the Portal:
a) verification of the authenticity of the browser session,
b) optimizing, increasing efficiency and improving the configuration of the Portal,
c) adjusting the content of the Portal to the User’s preferences,
d) remembering the User’s settings and interface selection, e.g. in the language or region of the User’s origin,
e) remembering the history of subpages visited in the Portal for the purpose of future content recommendation,
f) identification of the User’s Device parameters in order to properly adapt the Portal to the needs and resources of the User,
g) adaptation of delivered content to the User’s location,
h) generating general and anonymised statistics that help to understand how all Users use the Portal,
i) improving the structure and content of the Portal.
- The User is entitled to edit the use of Cookie files or cease their use at any time. For this purpose, the User should make appropriate changes by means of settings in a web browser or by means of service configuration.
- Lack of consent to the use of Cookies or its withdrawal may result in a restriction of the functionality of the Portal.
5. WEB-PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
- Web-Push notifications are sent to the User’s internet browser only after he agrees to receive them. The consent is expressed by marking the option “display notification” or other such type on the message sent by the User’s web browser.
- The User is entitled to withdraw consent to receive Web-Push Notifications at any time by changing User’s Internet browser settings.
- U Jędrusia in connection with sending the Web-Push Notification does not process Users’ personal data. Users are identified based on information stored by web browsers.
