5. PERIOD OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
5.1. We will store your data for the following period:
a) to execute the contract concluded with U Jędrusia – until the expiration of any potential claims related to the contract, but not earlier than five years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline related to the contract expired,
b) to issue a VAT invoice – 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline related to the contract concluded with U Jędrusia expired,
c) for marketing purposes, formulating offers, informing about promotions, making an offer – until a successful objection against processing personal data is filed (when the legal basis of U Jędrusia's action was its legitimate interest) or until consent is withdrawn (if U Jędrusia's action was based on the consent expressed by you).
6. RIGHTS RELATED TO PERSONAL DATA
6.1. You have the right to:
a) request access to data – you have the right to ask us to provide all information about your data,
b) request data correction – if your data is outdated or untrue, upon your request, we will correct it,
c) request data deletion – you have the right to request the deletion of your data from our databases,
d) request restriction of processing – you have the right, for example, to ask us to delete part of your data, to limit their use only to specific purposes, or to limit the time we will store your data,
e) object:
- against the processing by us of data that we process on the basis that it is necessary for the purposes arising from legally justified interests pursued by the Company. The objection should describe your particular situation, which explains ceasing the processing of data by us,
- if personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes,
f) data portability – you have the right to request that personal data be transferred by us directly to another controller,
g) withdraw consent to the processing of your data by us at any time – if it is the basis of processing – in which case (if the basis of processing was consent) we will cease processing your data. However, this will not affect the legality of the processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal,
h) complain with a supervisory authority – if you believe that the way we process your data is incorrect, you can file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
6.2. U Jędrusia does not use automated decision-making, including profiling, against you.
6.3. U Jędrusia does not transfer your data to third countries.
7. VOLUNTARY PROVISION OF DATA
7.1. You provide us with your data voluntarily. Refusal to provide data necessary for concluding a contract with U Jędrusia may prevent its conclusion. Refusal to provide contact information (phone number, email address) may cause difficulties in contact related to the execution of the contract. In other respects, refusal to provide data does not involve negative consequences.

b) in the case of individuals not engaged in business activities directly from you,

d) in the case of individuals authorized to represent business entities (legal persons, organizational units without legal personality):
